What a magical Christmas experience! The decorations were top-notch and there was even a Santa Claus who gave out presents to all the guests. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, and fruits to choose from. The location was perfect, surrounded by the beautiful snow-capped mountains and peaceful atmosphere. One of the best things about this hotel was the lovely spa and sauna which I enjoyed during my stay.
That the rooms were a bit small, but that is common in most European hotels. , the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong and kept disconnecting, which was a bit frustrating.

We loved the unique theme of this hotel. Each room was differently themed with sculptures and optical illusions. The staff was super friendly and helped us navigate the maze of rooms. Parking was easy and free, and it's not far from the mountains.
Nothing not too like.

My recent Christmas stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. the decorations were out of this world. Every nook and cranny was adorned with lights and beautiful ornaments, making it feel like a true winter wonderland. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
the heating in my room wasn't quite as warm as I would have liked, and there was a bit of noise from other guests at times.

Located in a scenic, picturesque area surrounded by the mountains, this hotel offers themed rooms with impressive decorations. the bathroom requires a thorough clean, and the beddings seem a little worn-out. the friendly staff is willing to help and offer information about the surroundings and local activities. the breakfast is average, with a limited choice of food. the hotel provides free parking and free Wi-Fi, which is a plus.
